1. What services does SHL Cargo provide?
We offer complete logistics and courier solutions, including road, train, and air (domestic) cargo services. From small parcels to large consignments, we ensure safe and timely delivery anywhere across India.
3. What types of goods do you transport?
We handle a wide variety of goods, including medical equipment, medicines, EV batteries, merchandise, wallpapers, and household items.
Please note: Certain banned or hazardous items are not allowed for transportation as per our Service Guide.
5. Do you offer door-to-door delivery?
Yes, we provide door-to-door pickup and delivery across most locations in India, depending on service availability in that area.
7. Are there any additional charges for To-Pay bookings?
Yes, for To-Pay bookings, a small ₹20 booking slip charge applies.
Please note that To-Pay services are available only at selected locations.
9. Do you offer packing services?
Currently, we do not provide packing services. All shipments should be properly packed before pickup to ensure safe transport.

2. Which areas do you serve?
We provide nationwide delivery services, with a special operational focus in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, including major hubs like Indore, Bhopal, Raipur, Gwalior, and Nagpur.
However, our network covers all major cities and states across India.
4. How can I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment in real-time through our online tracking system. Simply enter your tracking number on our website to get live updates on your delivery status.
6. How can I check if my parcel is To-Pay and how much I need to pay?
Whenever you receive a shipment from SHL Cargo, our delivery person will provide a pink slip, which is the customer copy of the booking slip.
This slip clearly mentions if your parcel is To-Pay and the exact amount due.
If the delivery person cannot provide this slip, you are not required to make any payment. Always check the slip details before paying.
8. What happens if I don’t provide an invoice or GST e-way bill during booking?
If an invoice copy or valid GST e-way bill is not provided, SHL Cargo will not be responsible for any penalties or sales tax issues.
Customers are required to ensure all documents are complete before dispatch.
10. How do I report an issue or raise a complaint?

14. Can I reschedule or change my delivery address?
