Until the system is fully operational, you can still check your shipment status manually using any of the following methods:

  • Consignment / Booking Number
  • Sender Name & Mobile Number
  • Destination City

For shipment updates or local assistance, please check our Contact Us page to find phone numbers and addresses for your nearest SHL Cargo branch.

 

Important Note

If you’ve received your shipment and need to confirm delivery or payment details, please refer to the Pink Slip (Booking Copy) provided by our delivery staff.
Always verify “To-Pay” amounts before making any payment. Without the slip, you are not required to pay, even if requested.
