Yes, we provide door-to-door pickup and delivery across most locations in India, depending on service availability in that area.

Yes, for To-Pay bookings, a small ₹20 booking slip charge applies.
Please note that To-Pay services are available only at selected locations.

Currently, we do not provide packing services. All shipments should be properly packed before pickup to ensure safe transport.

We provide nationwide delivery services, with a special operational focus in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, including major hubs like Indore, Bhopal, Raipur, Gwalior, and Nagpur.
However, our network covers all major cities and states across India.

You can track your shipment in real-time through our online tracking system. Simply enter your tracking number on our website to get live updates on your delivery status.

Whenever you receive a shipment from SHL Cargo, our delivery person will provide a pink slip, which is the customer copy of the booking slip.
This slip clearly mentions if your parcel is To-Pay and the exact amount due.
If the delivery person cannot provide this slip, you are not required to make any payment. Always check the slip details before paying.

If an invoice copy or valid GST e-way bill is not provided, SHL Cargo will not be responsible for any penalties or sales tax issues.
Customers are required to ensure all documents are complete before dispatch.

Yes, in most cases you can. Please contact our customer service before dispatch for address modifications. Once the shipment is out for delivery, address changes may not be possible.
